Classes offered in-person at The PMKFA

$120 monthly

Private Sessions:

$65 per session or 4 sessions for $250.

Online

Every Saturday morning via Google Meet -2 hr class.

$135 monthly

Remote

A fully remote training program . Every weekend new videos are released.

We share weekly video critiques and have an online chatroom for questions and tips.
